No nominations were received from the membership for the offices of President,
Vice-president, Secretary, or Treasurer. Therefore, the election is uncontested
and the persons nominated at the 2010 Annual Meeting, and previously announced
to the membership, will now be considered as elected and will begin their terms
of office at the 2011 Annual Meeting in Ottawa. These individuals are:
