- Motions to be considered by the delegates at the Annual Meeting must be submitted by a sanctioned NAVHDA Chapter.
- Fill out the attached form using a computer. For the sake of clarity, do not fill out by hand.
- Click on the E-mail button to send the form electronically to the Central Office of NAVHDA. This will enable the Central Office to easily distribute the information. Be sure to physically mail the printed and signed document as in number 4 below.
- Print the form and have it signed by the chapter officer listed on the form. Mail or otherwise have delivered the printed and signed form to the NAVHDA Central Office so that it arrives by midnight, November 1 of the year preceding the Annual Meeting at which the motion is to be considered.
- In order to be considered at the business session at the Annual Meeting, the motion must be made and seconded by delegates.
- Because amendments often are proposed at the Annual Meeting, a chapter should have a representative at the Annual Meeting empowered to accept or reject amendments.
