Hi,
I am part of Yellowstone NAVHDA, we have a Square card processing attached to our website, where we drive members to to purchase their chapter memberships, training day fees, birds, and testing. Our website person prints out QR codes for us to utilize at the event. We also have a Venmo that we accept payment through at events.
Our treasurer cuts members and judges checks for reimbursement, we are trying to get him into the new age to send digital payment, but slow is steady lol.
