Here is the link to the Google Sheet we use at Minnesota Chapter for Test Day Planning and Coordination. Work the tabs at the bottom for different views/checklists and information. We like each Test Coordinator to use this and fill in the names and assign roles ahead of time. Shared Google Docs also allows others to check-in and monitor and easier to hand off duties and information if we have to switch roles or assign the Test Coordinator duties to a different person along the way.
