What is your Chapter’s Dues-Membership Fee Structures?

Here at Minnesota we just have one tier-$50 annual.
Membership-good for Primary member and Family.
Registered Spouses/Partners in same household that provide an email also get included on e-mail Communications.
Current Bylaws state that Membership Runs on a calendar year, but if you sign up after Sept 1st it is also good for the following year. We are going to be changing that to just a rolling 12 month membership. Easier to set up for online recurring subscriptions payments and auto-renewals, which will be part of our new membership portal add-on to our wordpress website we are rolling out this month.

What different tiers do you all have and why?
      New Member?
      Spouse/Partner at a lower add-on rate?
      Youth?
      Multi-Year?
      Life?
      Supporter Donor/Non Active?

For the Yankee Chapter, we have three membership options:
Regular Membership: $20 annually, with membership year following the calendar year.
Family Membership: $25 annually, adults have voting priviledges, children do not.
Junior Membership: $10 annually, under 18 years old and not part of a Family Membership. No chapter voting rights.
