Are any chapters out there using any type of membership software to track memberships, enable easy renewals, collect payments, and communicate with members? I am looking into one called “Wild Apricot” for our Minnesota Chapter, hoping to ease the burden of managing a roster in a spreadsheet and manually sending out renewal reminders, etc…

We use squarespace at Potomac. Just started last year but it seems to be going pretty smooth.

Thanks Michael, could you tell me who at Potomac is managing it? I have some questions about how well the “Membership” billing functions work.

Best point of contact would be Erik Raynes

Peter, Willamette Valley uses Wild Apricot. It has solved a lot of problems with communication, event sign ups, and invoicing.

Thank you Robert B! I have looked into it some more, and our Board has voted to try Wild Apricot starting for our 2026 year.

Thank you Alan! I will look more into that as well. First glance seems to be priced a bit better than Wild Apricot for larger membership numbers.
