PETER APLIKOWSKIParticipantHello, I used the Portal exclusively for managing my May 9-10 Test, and I had no other backup of test entries, other than all the individual emails of test entries. I had a couple handlers that moved off the running orders BACK to the wait list after they had PAID. One ran in an earlier test at another chapter and achieved a 112 Prize 1. Another was a medical dropout. They will both be eligible for a refund per our refund policy terms. However, I can no longer view this test or see the wait list since the dates have PASSED. Is there a way to be able to VIEW this Test after the dates have passed?

ElizabethKeymasterThe short answer is no.
I know that the basic info about the test and judge names are archived because of an office-only export I use, but my understanding is that the server dumps the other items like the test entries once the test date has passed. (Possibly for server space efficiency?) At the least, I have no means to retrieve it on my end as a Portal admin.EDIT: The answer I provided is no longer true. Past tests now appear for test secretaries after the date has passed as being view-only.

PETER APLIKOWSKIParticipantOK thanks for reply. Perhaps a Feature that would keep the test available for a period of time after test dates have passed would be possible. Like 90 days maybe.

LESLEY KINZNERParticipantWe are in the middle of our August test and I still have tomorrow, Sunday, to finish our weekend. My August test in the Portal is not showing!! Our July test is the only test showing in the Portal. This is NOT good 🙁

ElizabethKeymasterHi Lesley! Due to company hours (with the tech company that programs the Portal for us), I can’t help you with this during the weekend. I don’t know why other tests from this weekend are showing but not yours, but my guess is that we’ve run into a weird transition period where the test temporarily hides itself before shifting into being a “Past test”. (This is definitely something I will inquire about on Monday.)
In the meantime, if it is forms that you are lacking, we do supply blank copies on our website that you can print: https://www.navhda.org/test-secretary-information/
You can reference your past emails for test entries but unfortunately I haven’t found a way to retrieve your running orders at this time.-

LESLEY KINZNERParticipantThanks Elizabeth. It was weird and fortunately I did not have any changes to the test and I had pre-printed all the stuff for each test day.
