NAVHDA Regional Representatives
Purpose
We have established a dedicated Regional Representative for each NAVHDA region. The NAVHDA regions are; the Northeast, Southeast, Central, Great Lakes, Rocky Mountains, Western, and Canada.
This volunteer role serves as an additional communication link and advisor for Chapters, complementing direct contact with NAVHDA International. Regional Representatives will offer support across their region by:
- Assisting with cross-chapter (“horizontal”) issues and collaboration
- Assisting new Chapters
- Helping Chapters develop and present motions for the Annual Meeting
- Guiding Chapters through NAVHDA resources (website, mentors, forums, committees, staff, etc.)
- Supporting successful rollout of new NAVHDA initiatives
- Gathering member and chapter feedback and sharing it with the Internal Promotions Committee
- Maintaining regular communication with Chapter Presidents
- Collecting and sharing best practices across the region
- Assisting the Internal Promotions Committee and Executive Committee with special projects, surveys, and events
