- Unassigned Judges – Find judges that are available for your test. This is now available in the portal. Please click the 3 dot menu on your upcoming test to locate this list. (Must be logged into website.)
- Chapter Judge History – List of judges you had in your previous tests. This is now available in the portal. Please visit the Chapter’s page and click the Chapter Judge History button near the top. (Must be logged into website.)
The following forms are available as pre-filled PDFs when utitlizing the Portal for your test. However, in case you need spare blanks or prefer to do this part by hand, the printable forms are below:
- Judge’s Test Report Form – Complete one form for each judging team for each day.
- Test Information Report Form – Complete one form for each judging team for each day.
- Apprentice Judge Evaluation Form – Complete one form for each apprentice judge for each day. Please print this form as duplex (double-sided) to ensure that the pages do not get mixed up or lost.
- Score Cards: NA Card pdf, GDT Card pdf, UT Card pdf – Score cards are mailed to the test secretary by the office per approved test and more are available upon request. These card PDFs are here in case you run short and won’t have enough time to receive the cards by mail.
- NETS Software Application – NAVHDA Electronic Test Secretary (downloadable application)
- We are offering Test Secretaries the use of an Excel based application called N.E.T.S. which is an acronym for NAVHDA’s Electronic Test Secretary. This application was designed to provide full functionality to run 3 full NAVHDA Sanctioned Tests in a day. The system is fully integrated and eliminates duplication of effort.
